ACHIEVEMENT AND INTEGRATION

  • Minnesota's Compulsory Instruction Law requires all children ages 7 to 17 to attend a public or private school. Homeschools are a type of private school.

    The documents found on this site need to be filed with the Jordan Public School District to document compliance with this law.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • October 1, 2019
    Return all required forms/documentation to the District Office at 500 Sunset Drive; Suite 1, Jordan, MN 55352.  This includes the Letter of Intent to Continue to Provide Instruction or Full Report and the Student Report for Aids to Non‐Public Students if requesting financial aid. 

    October 31, 2019
    Send Individual Home School Order Form to the University of Minnesota at MSTP, 879 29th Avenue SE #103, Minneapolis, MN 55414 for Fall testing. This testing opportunity is optional.

    January 6, 2020
    Contact Erin Hjelmeland at 952-492-4486 if your child wishes to participate in the state MCA assessments. These assessments are optional, not required.

    April 15, 2020
    Send Individual Home School Order Form to the University of Minnesota at MSTP, 879 29th Avenue SE #103, Minneapolis MN 55414 for Spring testing. This testing is mandatory if fall testing was not completed.

    May 1, 2020
    Send all receipts to the District Office to claim final reimbursements for testing and instructional supplies.
