What is Infinite Campus?
Infinite Campus is a student information database used to manage student data through a confidential and secure website that supports communication between parents, students, and schools.

What are the main features that I might use?
Included, but not limited to:

• Food service (deposit money, check balance, check usage)
• Payment/fee (school fees, activity fees, etc)
• Grades (to include transcripts) (JHS and JMS will show in-progress grades)
• Health records
• Attendance
• Contact Information
• State assessment data

How do I receive my "Activation Key"?
Parents/guardians will receive their individual and secure "activation key" during several events at the beginning of the school year. If you did not receive yours during that time, you can come to the District Office (with your valid picture ID) to receive your copy. Contact the Jordan Public Schools District Office at 952-492-6200 if you have questions. Office hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. The District Office is located adjacent to the Community Ed/Rec Center (CERC). Park and enter through the CERC.

Again, you may choose to share your access, but to receive a unique "activation key", you must be a legal guardian of the student and able to show a valid photo ID. "Activation Keys" will not be given over the phone, to a spouse, or a student.

How is Infinite Campus different from Schoology?
Infinite Campus is a student information database. Schoology is a "learning management database" mostly used by high school and middle school students. In Schoology, students and parent/guardians can find courses and class descriptions, assignments, multimedia (links to resources, video and audio clips), class discussions, online quizzes, assignment submission links, academic planner/calendar, etc.

Does each parent need their own account (login)?
Each parent or guardian will receive a unique "activation key" to create their own login and password. With the "key" you will be able to access private information about your student. You may choose to share your access, but to receive a unique "activation key" you must be a legal guardian of the student and able to show a valid photo ID. "Activation Keys" will not be given over the phone, to a spouse, or a student.

What if I forget my Infinite Campus password?
To reset your password, you must contact the Jordan Public Schools District Office at 952-492-6200. Office hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. After hours, please leave a detailed message and a call will be returned to you at our earliest opportunity.

What if I get locked out of my account?
After three unsuccessful attempts to log in, for security reasons, your account will be locked. You must contact the district office at 952-492-6200 to request that your account be unlocked. For verification on your identity, you may be asked for some personal information.

Will I need a new login each year? 
No. Once you use your access code to create a new account, you will use the same login each year until you no longer have a student in the district.

What grade levels use Infinite Campus?
Parents/guardians with students of all grades will be able to utilize the features of Infinite Campus.

Does Infinite Campus have a Smartphone App?
Yes. It is a third party app with limitations on information/functionality that is found on web-based programs. Instead, we suggest that you follow the Jordan Public School Smartphone App, where you can find all of the same information and MORE!

If I do choose to use the Infinite Campus third party app, what is the Jordan "District ID?"
CFNGNR - This code is used for the Infinite Campus Smartphone App.

First generation of iPhone and iPod Touch is not supported. BlackBerry and Windows-based mobile phones are not supported.
For Android users, Campus does not support screen sizes deemed too small for the Google Play Store.
