This course is designed to provide students a survey of the multitude of opportunities & challenges in the world of business. Focus will be placed upon the role of management, challenges associated with human resource management & skills required for successful leadership in a dynamic environment.

Management & Entrepreneurship

- Understand the role of a manager & when to use various leadership and motivation strategies to improve employee performance 10.01.01 to 10.09.01
- Understand the different forms of business ownership, how to create a company & how to design a business plan 10.01.01 to 10.03.02
