Chemical Health Counselor Role

• Providing chemical health awareness and programming
• Works with school staff regarding student concerns with chemicals
• Provides individual or small group support for issues you may be having with chemicals
• Partnering with parents to explore options (contracts, chemical evaluations, groups, treatments, or other interventions)
• Following up on district students receiving violations
• Collaborating with and making referrals to community resources for chemical health and related issues
