JHS Concert Band Students have the opportunity to join the Pit Orchestra for JHS Musical productions. Jordan High School produces a musical in the Fall semester of even years (2012, 2014, 2016, etc…). **Please note this production schedule is subject to change.

Pit Orchestras provide the musical accompaniment and backdrop for Musical productions. They are absolutely vital and present a chance to make music in a completely unique setting with on-stage actors and singers. The music numbers are numerous and challenging but students also find it fun and engaging! This music is at a Broadway level of difficulty.
