• The following workout plan is for those athletes that have access to weight-room equipment.  This is an 11-week program similar to the program we did during the Winter MAX Session.  For these workouts, you are going to need to know your max numbers and percentages.  Coach Sand has this information and you can email him at osand@isd717.org.  

    *The Jordan Warm-up is attached.  For the plyometrics/speed work we will be using the Bodyweight Workout Programs Speed/Agility/Conditioning routine.  You can access this information in the MAX Workouts Without Equipment page.  If you do not have the correct equipment for a certain lift you can search YouTube for alternative lifts where you can find a supplement lift for the equipment you do have.
