Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required. We will only contact you if a class is NOT going to be held.

Cancelling Your Registration
Please notify our office by 4pm at least 3 days prior to the first class meeting in order to receive a full refund. If you notify the office less than 3 days prior to the class meeting a credit voucher will be offered minus $5 processing fee if the class minimum is met. No refunds after the first night of class. 

Program/Class Cancellation Policy
If school is cancelled or weather conditions do not allow us to safely hold our programs, we will:

• An email notification will be sent out to address provided during the registration process
• Post signs at the facility where the event was scheduled to be held
• Social Media

Non-Sufficient Funds Checks
Checks that are returned to Community Education are subject to a $10 fee.

Mike Harrington Scholarship Fund
Some programs may be eligible for a reduced fee. Eligible participants are limited to three qualifying reduced fee (50% off) programs per year (July 1 through June 30). All requests will be confidentially handled by our office. This does not apply to the Driver’s Education Program.

Volunteer Coaches
Our programs are operated with volunteer coaches (limit of 3 coaches per team). At the end of the season, volunteer coaches will receive a voucher in the amount of their participant's fee. Must attend coaches meeting and coach the entire season to receive the voucher. Please pay the full amount when you register.
