Welcome Vendor Letter and Vendor Cost
Dear Business or Organization,
The Jordan Community Education Advisory Council invites you to participate in the 34th annual Celebrate Jordan. Celebrate Jordan is a community open house that showcases businesses and organizations that provide opportunities for the residents of Jordan. To participate, you must be a business or organization that provides opportunities for the residents of Jordan. No political groups or candidates. All applicants must fit into the spirit of celebrating the Jordan community. Community Education reserves the right to take down any posters or flyers that detract from the event.
Last year there were exhibitors from the local school district, area businesses, service organizations, churches, food vendors, and athletics. If you participated in 2019, you reached over 1800 people in only three hours and we thank you! If not, in 2020 we have room for you!
Exhibitors may give away items and/or sell food, fundraiser items, products or services. Items for sale must be approved by Community Education and anyone selling items will be charged an additional $30 (For example, if you take orders that day, you do not need to pay the additional fee, but if an attendee would walk away with a product on the day of Celebrate Jordan, you would pay the additional fee). For your fee, exhibitors will be provided with one banquet table and 2 chairs. We will not be providing signs. Also, if you have presentations that would take up the same room of a second table you will need to pay for 2 tables. The Jordan Community Education Department will arrange the facility and handle publicity.
Once again, The Jordaness Lions are hosting a Wellness Fair as part of Celebrate Jordan. If your business would like to be included in the wellness fair (i.e. wellness, nutrition, mental health, pet health etc..) please indicate this on the registration form. The Wellness Fair will be grouped together within Celebrate Jordan.
Business Fees (For-profits)
$70 per booth by March 26th
Organizations Fees (Non-profits)
$40 per booth by March 26th
The Jordan Community Education Department is offering this opportunity to Jordan businesses and organizations. After March 15th, we will open up registration to businesses/organizations outside of Jordan. Until March 15h, outside business/organizations will remain on a waiting list. Maps and more specific information will be sent to you by the last week in March. If you would like to join us, please fill out the enclosed form and return it with your payment as soon as possible. We have a limited amount of booths that have electricity available and those will be available on a first-come, first served basis. We are only able to honor the first 100 requests for booths, if we exceed that number you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.
To help get as many visitors as possible we ask that after you are done unloading your vehicles for Celebrate Jordan, please park in the Jordan Elementary Parking lot.
