WHAT IS ECSE?
-
Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) provides services to children ages birth to 3 and 3 to 5 with special needs. The program is individualized to meet the needs of each child while providing opportunities to interact with other children. This intervention programming is committed to ensuring even our youngest are reaching their milestones and when extra help is needed, those children and families receive needed services and are connected to resources within and near our community. Services take place at school as well as with families in their natural setting, typically home or child care.
