Three individuals to be inducted into the Jordan Public Schools (JPS) Hall of Fame on September 23, 2022
Jordan Public Schools (JPS) will host a Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Friday, September 23, 2022, at 5:00pm in the Jordan High School (JHS) auditorium. Being honored in this ceremony will be three individuals with lifetime accomplishments in athletics and contributions to Jordan Public Schools.
Individual participants will include:

● Dave Hentges, Alumnus class of 1981, for Athletics
Three-sport athlete at JHS in football, basketball and baseball. Both a power hitter in baseball and a defensive football player on the first state playoff team, who went on to play baseball for the Jordan Brewers and the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers. -
● Gregg Busch, Contributor (Posthumous)
Local statistician that retrieved and archives for Jordan Athletics from the early 1900s. Founding member of the Hall of Fame committee and a Jordan athletics supporter. -
● Colleen Chambers, Coach from 2002-2008 & 2012-2014
Head volleyball coach for 10 years. Lead teams to multiple MRC Conference Championships, multiple sub-section championships, Section Championships three times, two State Championships (2006, 2008), and a State Consolation Championship (2007). State Coach of the Year in 2006. MRC Coach of the Year 5 times. Remained actively involved in the Jordan School District as an Physical Education Teacher until her retirement in 2022.The induction ceremony for the three individual participants will be open to the public. Following the induction ceremony, the Hall of Fame inductees will be honored at halftime of the Homecoming football game at Ames Field.
