ABOUT VIRTUAL FITNESS AT THE CERC
This offering will take place at the CERC and will allow our patrons the opportunity to experience a variety of fitness classes! More formats, class times, and popular titles! Each month we will release a new schedule, hoping to offer a flexibility that suits our clients best!
All classes will be held at the CERC. Your first class is always free; registration is not required, check in with the front desk.

- CERC member: $5
- Non member: $7
- Monthly Unlimited Class Pass: $30
Cardio | during aerobic activity your heart rate increases due to repeated movement of large muscles in your arms, legs, and hips
Flexibility | training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles
Free Core | short 10-20 minute Core workouts for free (** Monday Fee Core is only held on non school board days)
HIIT | “high-intensity interval training” – a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods
Kickboxing | a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio – build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories
Pilates | designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness (** Monday Pilates is only held on non school board days)
Spin* | a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel (* first come first serve basis for 6 individuals)
