City of Jordan Park Rental
Lagoon Park has five shelters (two large, one small, a gazebo, and an enclosed shelter) available for reservation. Individuals/groups are only able to reserve park shelters, not the use of the entire park. 

• Open shelter rental fees are $50 for Jordan residents and $75 for non-residents.  There is also a $150 refundable damage deposit for each shelter.
• The enclosed shelter rental fee is $75 for residents and $100 for non-residents.  The refundable damage deposit for this shelter is $250.
• You must bag up your trash and you leave it at the shelter.
• Events over 100 people or including alcoholic beverages must obtain a special event permit from the City of Jordan at 952-492-2535.
